One Week Left Part 2

Max has to go to Italy for a few days to check on property there
and this time Kate doesn't hesitate to say yes, and goes with him.

Max had purchased a parcel of land and is waiting for construction
to begin. While they're resting on the stone wall across the street
from the vacant property, Max briefly explains what
he plans to build there.

Max takes Kate by the hand and walks across the street to get a
different view of the property from the water's edge.
"It doesn't look like much now, Kate, but one day,
this will be beautiful!"
